All participants are requested to contribute either in the oral or in the poster session.

Deadline : the total number of participants is limited to 40 persons.
Please return the forms as early as possible!
•Abstract form (23kb)

The registration fee (5,000 Yen) + room charges (3 nights), dinners, breakfasts, excursion, shuttle bus, and others (40,000Yen) can be paid on site either by credit cards or by cash (Japanese Yen only).
